Product descriptions, technical specifications (grade, condition, dimensions, thickness, diameter, and available quantities), and stock availability are provided for general information and may change without notice. Steel products are manufactured to industry tolerances, and actual dimensions and weights may vary within accepted manufacturing standards. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through the Website is an invitation for us to provide pricing and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. A quote is only binding once issued in writing by Woman of Steel Manufacturing Pty Ltd and accepted by you in accordance with the terms stated on that quote. Pricing is not displayed on the Website and is provided on request.

6. Accounts and Registration

You may create an account to manage your profile, communication preferences, and view your quote and enquiry history. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in using Google where offered, in which case Google's own terms also apply to that authentication.

7. Communication Preferences

Through your account you may opt in to or out of newsletter, WhatsApp, and SMS communications. We will honour your preferences in line with POPIA and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002. Opting out of marketing does not cancel transactional communications related to your quotes or orders.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote or enquiry information
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Website

Where an order is placed following a quote, the terms of that quote (including pricing, delivery, and payment terms) govern the transaction. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms and conditions set out in the issued quote apply. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008),Woman of Steel Manufacturing Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on product information displayed on it. Our liability for any claim arising from the Website is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim, where applicable.

12. Indemnity
